Hide™ Deba, 180 Blue Steel




I finally got around to editing some video clips from my trip to Japan. Here is a very skilled chef using a Hida™ Deba to show us some delicate work on a flying fish. Many are who are familiar with japanese food preparation are surprised that one of the heaviest knives we sell is so proficient with delicate work.
